Verified profiles
Every candidate profile is reviewed before it goes live. Employers only see profiles that pass our completeness and verification checks.
Encryption in transit and at rest
Traffic between your browser and FindTalent is served over HTTPS. Data is encrypted at rest by our managed cloud infrastructure.
Role-based access
Sensitive candidate data (email, phone, CV) is only exposed to authorized, approved employers after an explicit contact unlock.

Shared responsibility
FindTalent secures the platform. Employers are responsible for handling any candidate data they unlock in accordance with their local laws and their own privacy commitments. Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of the information they publish.
