1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

2. Candidates

By submitting a profile, you confirm the information is true and that you have the right to share it. We may verify, edit, or remove profiles that violate our guidelines.

3. Employers

Hiring packages and unlocks are sold per the terms shown on the Pricing page. Unlocked contacts may be used only to evaluate and contact the candidate for a legitimate hiring opportunity. Reselling, scraping, or bulk-redistributing candidate data is prohibited.

4. Acceptable use

No harassment, discrimination, spam, fraud, or attempts to bypass platform security. Violations may result in suspension and forfeiture of unused credits.

5. Payments & refunds

Packages are non-refundable once contacts have been unlocked. Unused packages may be refunded within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@findtalents.net.

6. Liability

FindTalent is a discovery platform. We do not guarantee a hire and are not party to employment agreements. The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
