FindTalent ("we", "us") connects employers with verified candidates. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email, role (candidate / employer), password hash.
- Candidate profile: headline, skills, experience, languages, location, CV file, optional phone.
- Employer profile: company name, contact details, hiring activity.
- Usage data: pages visited, searches, unlocks, basic device info.
How we use it
- To operate the talent search, matching, and unlock features.
- To verify candidate identity and quality before listing.
- To provide support, billing, and security.
- To send service emails (account, unlocks, contact requests).
Who can see your data
Candidate profiles (excluding email, phone, CV) are visible to authenticated employers. Email, phone, and CV are only released to an employer after they spend an unlock on your profile. Admins may access data for moderation and support.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@findtalents.net. Candidates can also delete their profile from the dashboard.
Retention
We keep account data for as long as your account is active. Deleted candidate profiles are removed within 30 days; backups roll off within 90 days.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is gated by role-based permissions and row-level security in the database. We do not sell personal data.
